We believe that customer satisfaction is important because it helps to measure the level of services provided in managing a business and meeting the consumers’ needs and expectation. Hence, here in Cuba.my also has the indistinguishable idea as to other entrepreneur. Although we don’t specialized in selling Cuba.my brand of products and services, but we are concern in providing high intensity of satisfactory towards both business owners and consumers.

There’ve been numerous surveys conducted in various sector and most results revealed that customers’ feedbacks and satisfaction are truly vital and useful to any business organization in managing and monitoring the products and services provided in the market.

Some might wonder, so why customer’s feedback or satisfaction state is is so important? Ever heard of CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?

Here are a few reasons why the voices of you (the consumer/customer) are essential to us.

1. Customer feedback reduces negative word of mouth

We may hear a lot of complaints rather than compliments from customer. It happens to all sorts
of running business. This scenario may not be a terrible situation but taking and thinking about the
positive outcome of all the complaints, we can improvise our services level to satisfy the consumer.
So, from complaints came along complimentary. That is why customer feedback is very important to
eliminate the negative voices in the long run.

2. Customer responds/complaints will increase customer lifetime value

We trust the power of the customer because they hold the knowledge of purchasing. Everyone is a customer ourselves. We know how to evaluate a good and reasonable bargain. A customer will need to voice out their satisfaction or dissatisfaction so that retailer can be highlighted on changes or any improvement that need to be more concern on. Every responds/complaints/suggestions/feedbacks count. This way, as a vendor/trader/merchant and us (Cuba.my) will need to take complete attention towards the consumers’ feedbacks. Who will be more rightful to progress a good customer service if not the trader ourselves. Every aspects of improvising is vital and increasing a customer lifetime value is essential to keep a firm bondage between the customer and us.

3. Customer feedbacks lead to intention of repurchase and loyalty

Customers/consumers are apt in knowing that they are heard and notice in every way. In fact, they tend to be more loyal and intend to repurchase from the same business trade when they are responded in an appropriate manner. For instance, when a customer gives feedback/suggestions/complaints and expect to receive a thoughtful respond from us (the retailer/business owner) we are responsible to do so unless we choose to ignore them. Ignoring their voices will cause them not to return for our future service and this will ruin the business runway. We are liable in responding to customer all sorts of voice out, in return they will retain their loyalty to us and remain their intention for future repurchase.
